1- EMBRACE AN DOUBLE CLEANSE ROUTINE
When we talk about double cleansing, we are referring to the process of cleansing twice: both morning and evening!
This is the most effective way to remove all traces of make-up, impurities, and pollutants from the skin, not to mention the 30,000 – 40,000 cells that skin sheds every day.
When chosing the best cleanser for your skin, you should keep in mind your skin type!
Cleansing oils that dissolve make-up/dirt, and penetrate deep into the skin are good for a dryer skin type! While gels tend to dry out a little bit of your skin, making them more appropriate for those with oily skin.
You should also keep in mind that you should use a lighter formula as a nighttime cleanser and a richer and heavy one and a morning cleanser!
2- INCORPORATE SERUMS
To achieve great skin, you should add to your skincare routine some acids and components! These will benefit you from your diet’s deficits, stressful life and even in your sleep routine!
