In my opinion, the best way to achieve your goals and be successful starts with being organized! Sometimes it is a tough task. However, it can become easier not only with time but also with the right accessories! I believe that just by implementing those simple yet effective tips, you can see huge improvements.
5 STEPS
1- WRITE EVERYTHING ON PAPER
I feel like we are always relying on our memory and over-trusting her! With all the tasks that we have to do, it is overwhelming and stressful to remember every detail just by memory!
It’s so much easier and stress-free to write down everything! Gives us so much more confidence that we are doing everything but also its a lot less time-consuming! Those who stay organized all year long, don’t put this extra burden on their selves. This simple tip, when applied, can be extremely life-changing and stress relieving.
2- WRITE EVERYTHING ON THE SAME PLACE
We should write everything down, but if we do that on whichever paper we find out, the chances are that we will make more mess than actually solving the problem! It can become super overwhelming and discourage you from staying organized!
I suggest that you get a planner (1 or 3) or a notebook (4)! If you prefer a paper-free version, I recommend the Goodnotes app for the Ipad to create notebooks and download full on planners that are easily found on Etsy!
3- APART FROM A YEARLY AGENDA – CREATE WEEKLY ONES
This is one of the best tips for staying organized in 2021! I have created a weekly planner (2) that I uploaded to my Goodnotes app and reutilize every week! It’s great and keeps you super up to date with everything!

4- KEEP YOUR SPACE CLEAN AND MINIMAL
To stay organized, you cannot live in a messy place! It is impossible! Having a dirty and cluttered space has a huge impact on your mental state makes you less productive, more likely to procrastinate and stressed!
Some people might devaluate this. However, I feel like it has a big impact on your mental clarity, inner peace and stress levels.
5- MAKE THIS AN EVERYDAY HABIT
Make an effort every day! These tips can only work if they are repeatedly done! So, you must do it every day until they become part of your routine! Every night, every morning, or even every Monday (depending on your preference) you should sit on your desk and fill out your planner for the day or even for the week!
After/before that you should clean your home, and you are ready to start the day, fresh and stress-free!
