Because these are the ones that I personally use and the areas that I like to train, but also because they are the main ones that you should focus on! I love abdominal workouts! They are hard, but you can see the results! These are all super quick workouts that you can fit into your schedule!
Out of all the 4 videos that I selected for this category, my favourite is the Alexis Ren one! I feel like it is a super-intensive workout for beginners but it is so effective!
